Para ello, se dise\u00f1\u00f3 un sistema autom\u00e1tico de caracterizaci\u00f3n, que fue optimizado para realizar un seguimiento exhaustivo de los par\u00e1metros durante el proceso de irradiaci\u00f3n. En la mayor parte de los casos, los datos experimentales concordaban con las predicciones te\u00f3ricas realizadas previamente.     los resultados muestran que el da\u00f1o principal a los dispositivos irradiados en la tid. Los efectos del la tid se atribuyen a la energ\u00eda depositada en los dispositivos pro al radiaci\u00f3n en forma de ionizaci\u00f3n. Por lo tanto, se han observado unas modificaciones en los par\u00e1metros electr\u00f3nicos de los diferentes dispositivas.
