doctoral se compone de los siguientes temas: a) estudio de la reactividad de dianiones de \u00e1cidos carbox\u00edlicos con ditioacetales de perfluorocetena.   1)  la reacci\u00f3n de los dianiones de \u00e1cidos carbox\u00edlicos con ditioacetales de perfluorocetena se ha optimizado, obteni\u00e9ndose  los productos resultantes de la sustituci\u00f3n del fluoruro vin\u00edlico.   2)  la elaboraci\u00f3n de la reacci\u00f3n se ha optimizado, lo que simplifica al m\u00e1ximo el aislamiento de los productos de la reacci\u00f3n  con alta pureza.   3)  la reacci\u00f3n se ha extendido a \u00e1cidos carbox\u00edlicos a,b-insaturados, y mediante el an\u00e1lisis de los productos se ha  propuesto un mecanismo de reacci\u00f3n.   4)  la metodolog\u00eda se ha extendido a \u00e1cidos carbox\u00edlicos orto-metilar\u00e9nicos. b) estudio de la reactividad de los dianiones de \u00e1cidos carbox\u00edlicos con a-clorocetonas c\u00edclicas.  1)  se ha observado adici\u00f3n del diani\u00f3n al grupo carbonilo del electr\u00f3filo, al igual que en las a-clorocetonas lineales.  2)  se han constatado dos comportamientos diferentes seg\u00fan el tipo de a-clorocetona:   -las a-clorocetonas c\u00edclicas r\u00edgidas (anillos de seis o menos eslabones) conduce en la mayor\u00eda de los casos a g-cloro-b-  hidroxi\u00e1cidos.   -Las a-clorocetones c\u00edclicas flexibles (anillos de m\u00e1s de seis eslabones) conducen a una mezcla de  b-epoxi\u00e1cidos y g-  lactonas.    3)  se ha llevado a cabo un studio de la estereoqu\u00edmica, del que se puede concluir que los dianiones de \u00e1cidos carbox\u00edlicos  atacan en  anti al \u00e1tomo de cloro, solo si existe un impedimento est\u00e9rico para esta aproximaci\u00f3n se observar\u00e1 un ataque sin.  c) estudio de la reactividad y generaci\u00f3n del diani\u00f3n del \u00e1cido ac\u00e9tico.     1)  la generaci\u00f3n del diani\u00f3n del \u00e1cido ac\u00e9tico se ha llevado a cabo de dos formas diferentes    a) a partir de una cantidad subestequiom\u00e9trica de amiduro l\u00edtico de    1,3,3-trimetil-6-azabiciclo[3.2.1]octano, condiciones con mejores resultados para compuestos carbon\u00edlicos no
