Pilar <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se determinan experimentalmente datos de equilibrio liquido-liquido de mezclas ternarias de agua+acido propionico+disolvente, siendo este uno de los siguientes:  metil etil cetona, metil propil cetona, metil isopropil cetona, metil butil cetona, metil isobutil cetona, acetato de n-amilo, acetato de iso-amilo, acetato de hexilo, heptanoato de etilo y octanoato de etilo. Las determinaciones se realizan a temperatura constante de 25, 35 y 45 grados c y presion atmosferica, utilizando los metodos de turbidez para las curvas binodales y de analisis para las rectas de reparto.  los datos obtenidos se correlacionan por medio de las ecuaciones nrtl y uniquac, descriptoras de la energia libre de gibbs en exceso como funcion de las composiciones y temperatura del sistema.
