Sin duda, tambi\u00e9n es el sistema de mayor complejidad serol\u00f3gica debido al gran n\u00famero de ant\u00edgenos rh y las numerosas variantes que se manifiestan como expresiones parciales o reducidas de estos ant\u00edgenos.     el objetivo de este trabajo fue el estudio y caracterizaci\u00f3n de alelos del sistema rh a partir de muestras con un patr\u00f3n de expresi\u00f3n de los ant\u00edgenos del sistema an\u00f3malo.     los resultados han permitido describir 3 nuevos alelos: el alelo dvi tipo 4 del gen rhd, y los alelos cecf y ceag356 del gen rhce. La variante al\u00e9lica dvi tipo 4 codifica una prote\u00edna rha que conforma un ant\u00edgeno a parcial perteneciente a la categor\u00eda dvi. El alelo cecf codifica una prote\u00edna rhce que mimetiza varios epitopos de la prote\u00edna rhd y expresa ant\u00edgenos rh de baja frecuencia.
