{"id":55346,"date":"2006-06-11T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2006-06-11T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/estudio-de-la-conservacion-de-la-leche-humana-y-de-los-preparados-para-lactantes\/"},"modified":"2006-06-11T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2006-06-11T00:00:00","slug":"estudio-de-la-conservacion-de-la-leche-humana-y-de-los-preparados-para-lactantes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/barcelona\/estudio-de-la-conservacion-de-la-leche-humana-y-de-los-preparados-para-lactantes\/","title":{"rendered":"Estudio de la conservaci\u00f3n de la leche humana y de los preparados para lactantes"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Meritxell Romeu Nadal <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En esta tesis se han estudiado diferentes m\u00e9todos de conservaci\u00f3n de la leche materna (leche de la propia madre) y\/o humana (leche de otra madre sana), concluyendo que las muestras de leche pueden conservarse en el refrigerador a 4\u00c2\u00bac hasta un m\u00e1ximo de 3 horas, en el congelador a -201\u00c2\u00bac hasta un m\u00e1ximo de 5 meses y en el ultracongelador a -80\u00c2\u00bac hasta un m\u00e1ximo de 8 meses con la finalidad de preservar los niveles iniciales de vitaminas c y e y los niveles de los \u00e1cidos grasos poliinsaturados de cadena larga (agpi-cl) muy importantes para el reci\u00e9n nacido como son el \u00e1cido docosahexaenoico y el \u00e1cido araquid\u00f3nico. En el caso de prolongar estos periodos de conservaci\u00f3n, se recomienda a\u00f1adir vitamina c a la leche. igualmente, se analizaron los dos m\u00e9todos de pasteurizaci\u00f3n de la leche humana m\u00e1s usados en lso bancos de leche de norte am\u00e9rica, de uk y de brasil, concluyendo que el m\u00e9todo de pasturizaci\u00f3n lento (62.5\u00c2\u00bac durante 30 minutos) produc\u00eda menos p\u00e9rdidas de vitamina c total y de alfa y gamma-tocoferoles que el m\u00e9todo r\u00e1pido (100\u00c2\u00ba durante 5 minutos). Estos dos estudios de conservaci\u00f3n dieron lugar a dos publicaciones. para poder realizar los estudios anteriores, se pusieron a punto tres m\u00e9todos anal\u00edticos que dieron lugar a tres la vitamina e y el \u00faltimo para la extracci\u00f3n de la grasa de la leche humana. Igualmente, se estudi\u00f3 la estabilidad oxidativa de f\u00f3rmulas l\u00e1cteas con diferentes niveles de agpi-cl (concretamente de \u00e1cido docosahexaenoico, dha y \u00e1cido arquid\u00f3nico, aa) almacenadas a diferentes temperaturas, a trav\u00e9s de analizar sus principales agpi-cl, los niveles de hidroper\u00f3xidos y de compuestos vol\u00e1tiles producidos y de realizar ensayos organol\u00e9pticos d\u00fao-trio y de comparaci\u00f3n por parejas.  en este estudio, que dio lugar a una publicaci\u00f3n, se encontr\u00f3 que la incrementar la temperatura de almacenamiento y\/o la suplementaci\u00f3n con agpi-cl, incrementaba la oxidaci\u00f3n de la muestra.
