Se han propuesto con los datos recogidos los posibles caminos de ionizaci\u00f3n disociativa de esos mismos iones. Adem\u00e1s, se han comprobado la validez de los c\u00e1lculos te\u00f3ricos m\u00e1s utilizados para obtener secciones eficaces totales de ionizaci\u00f3n para mol\u00e9culas con presencia de \u00e1tomos pesados en su interior, como es el caso de cl.     en segundo lugar, se ha dise\u00f1ado, montado y optimizado un sistema de ablaci\u00f3n de metales a distintas fluencias donde se pueden estudiar como primeros resutlados la distribuci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda presentada por distintos iones en funci\u00f3n de la carga seg\u00fan pasan pro un analizador electrost\u00e1tico de energ\u00edas. Como detector utiliza una serie de placas multicanales en un sistema de tof-ms. El objetivo de este sistema es poder realizar estudios  de la ablaci\u00f3n l\u00e1ser y poder estudiar los mecanismos que se producen en el proceso. Adem\u00e1s, se han realizado ajustes a ecuaciones te\u00f3ricas que ayuden a comprender los mecanismos existentes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
