{"id":55650,"date":"2018-03-09T22:43:23","date_gmt":"2018-03-09T22:43:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/prevalencia-del-sa%c2%adndrome-de-burnout-en-personal-sanitario-militar\/"},"modified":"2018-03-09T22:43:23","modified_gmt":"2018-03-09T22:43:23","slug":"prevalencia-del-sa%c2%adndrome-de-burnout-en-personal-sanitario-militar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/salud-publica\/prevalencia-del-sa%c2%adndrome-de-burnout-en-personal-sanitario-militar\/","title":{"rendered":"PreValencia del s\u00edndrome de burnout en personal sanitario militar"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong>  C\u00e1ceres Bermejo Gloria Gema <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Introducci\u00f3n     el s\u00edndrome burnout se define como un s\u00edndrome de cansancio emocional, despersonalizaci\u00f3n y falta de realizaci\u00f3n personal que puede ocurrir entre individuos que trabajan con personas, especialmente sanitarios y educadores. el objetivo principal de este trabajo es conocer la preValencia de este s\u00edndrome en m\u00e9dicos y enfermeros militares destinados en unidades, centros y organismos de la comunidad de Madrid, as\u00ed como identificar las caracter\u00edsticas sociodemogr\u00e1ficas y laborales que se asocian con el mismo.  sujetos y m\u00e9todos     se ha realizado un estudio transversal, descriptivo y anal\u00edtico (bivariante y multivariante). Se ha recogido informaci\u00f3n mediante un cuestionario espec\u00edfico, validado, para medir este s\u00edndrome (el maslach burnout inventory) y una encuesta de elaboraci\u00f3n propia de variables sociodemogr\u00e1ficas y laborales. Los datos se han analizado utilizando el  paquete estad\u00edstico 12.0 para windows.  resultados     la tasa de respuesta ha sido del 63,3%. El 76% son varones y la edad media es de 43,30 a\u00f1os (ds 9,79). El 39% presenta niveles altos de cansancio emocional, el 35% de despersonalizaci\u00f3n y de falta de realizaci\u00f3n personal, y el 59% niveles altos de s\u00edndrome de burnout. En el an\u00e1lisis multivariante aparecen como factores de riesgo para este s\u00edndrome la edad (menores de 35 a\u00f1os) y la profesi\u00f3n de enfermer\u00eda. Y aparecen como factores protectores tener menos de 15 a\u00f1os de antig\u00ed\u00bcedad en la profesi\u00f3n y atender entre 10 y 20 enfermos al d\u00eda.  conclusiones     los niveles altos y las variables asociadas con este s\u00edndrome en personal sanitario militar son similares a los encontrados en sanitarios civiles.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
