Estas diferencias fenot\u00edpicas, se confirman molecularmente mediante el an\u00e1lisis de las secuencias de las regiones ribosomales correspondientes a los espaciadores interg\u00e9nicos y los dominios d1\/d2 del gen 26s del arnr.  las secuencias nucleot\u00eddicas obtenidas para estas regiones son id\u00e9nticas para los tres aislados. El an\u00e1lisis filogen\u00e9tico muestra la existencia de dos clusters, en uno de ellos incluir\u00edamos los aislados de candida nivariensis y candida glabrata, estando suficientemente separadas y en el otro diferentes especies de candida con relevancia cl\u00ednica. estos tres aislados fueron testados por pcr con cepas de candida glabrata, utilizando cebadores espec\u00edficos de candida glabrata que previamente hab\u00edan sido descirtos (cgl1\/cgl2). El resultado de la pcr para los tres aislados de candida nivariensis fue negativo. usando m\u00e9todos fenot\u00edpicos y moleculares, se demuestra que los tres aislados cl\u00ednicos identificados
