El estudio de la superficie de los mismos es una pieza clave para el entendimiento de estas deficiencias, y es a trav\u00e9s de esta tesis donde se intenta dar cierta luz a algunos problemas que aparecen en la misma. En este trabajo es analizada la caracterizaci\u00f3n electrica, en dc y baja frecuencia, de dispositivos de alta movilidad de electrones (hemt) de algan\/gan, discutiendo los efectos observados. Se implementa un modelo fisico bidimensional de dispositivos mesfet de gan y hemt de algan\/gan, analizando y discutiendo la presencia de estados est\u00e1ticos y din\u00e1micos en las superficies de los dispositivos, realizando una comparaci\u00f3n entre resultados te\u00f3ricos y experimentales obtenidos a trav\u00e9s de las pruebas de laboratorio<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos
