El modelo propuesto, pretende determinar la influencia del sistema de gesti\u00f3n de recursos humanos sobre el capital social organizativo y su calidad como recurso estrat\u00e9gico de la organizaci\u00f3n. en t\u00e9rminos m\u00e1s espec\u00edficos, se trata de analizar como influye el sistema de gesti\u00f3n de recursos humanos en el stock de capital social, para grupos de empleados heterog\u00e9neos en el organizaci\u00f3n (lepark &#038; snell, 1999, snell, lepark&#038;youndt, 1999; youndt &#038; snell,2004). Del an\u00e1lisi de la literatura, se desprende que la gesti\u00f3n de recursos humano puede contribuir a desarrollar la asociatividad y la confianza entre los diferentes tipos de individuos, como atributos b\u00e1sicos del capital social en la organizaci\u00f3n.(Leana&#038; van buren,1999; nahapiet &#038; goshal,1998; calvo &#038; martin,2006). Desde est\u00e1 perspectiva, se establece una relaci\u00f3n entre la gesti\u00f3n de pol\u00edticas y pr\u00e1cticas de recursos humanos y su impacto en los diferentes grupos de capital social, esencial, preceptivo, auxiliar e idiosincr\u00e1sico, considerados como un recurso estrat\u00e9gico en funci\u00f3n de su valor y unicidad, y su contribuci\u00f3n a mejorar el desempe\u00f1o y la
