Cruz <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La formaci\u00f3n y caracterizaci\u00f3n de l\u00e1minas delgadas se ha revelado como uno de los campos cient\u00edficos y tecnol\u00f3gicos que m\u00e1s inter\u00e9s puede despertar en la industria fotovoltaica, pues puede resultar determinante parala obtenci\u00f3n de dispositivos m\u00e1s baratos y m\u00e1s eficientes, aspectos \u00e9stos \u00faltimos determinantes en la expansi\u00f3n dela energ\u00eda solar como fuente de energ\u00eda alternativa. En la introducci\u00f3n de las tesis se escoge un exhaustivo estudio de la situaci\u00f3n actual de los distintos tipos de c\u00e9lulas solares del mercado y sus posibilidades en un futuro. como resultado de la tesis se ha avanzado en el conocimiento de materiales como el \u00f3xido y el sulfuro de zinc, que constituyen dos materiales con potenciales aplicaciones como recubrimientos de c\u00e9lulas solares de silicio.
