Sin embargo, los m\u00e9todos actualmente disponibles no pueden ser realmente aplicados al an\u00e1lisis de c\u00e9lulas cultivadas debido a la existencia de muerte celular durante ensayos, in vitro. Materiales y m\u00e9todos: esta tesis propone un nuevo m\u00e9todo para la enumeraci\u00f3n de c\u00e9lulas viables y no viables y de c\u00e9lulas proliferantes y no proliferantes en cultivo. Las c\u00e9lulas fueron cuantificadas mediante un est\u00e1ndar interno de referencia de micropart\u00edculas y la discriminaci\u00f3n entre c\u00e9lulas viables y no viables se realiz\u00f3 mediante el marcaje doble con anexina v y 7- aminoactinomicina que permite el marcaje doble de ant\u00edgenos de superficie. .Resultados: el m\u00e9todo es m\u00e1s preciso, exacto y sensible que la microscop\u00eda \u00f3ptica convencional y los contadores celulares autom\u00e1ticos. Adem\u00e1s, puede ser utilizado para medir exactamente el numero de c\u00e9lulas apopt\u00f3ticas en un cultivo celular heterog\u00e9neo. Conclusiones: el m\u00e9todo de enumeraci\u00f3n celular ratiom\u00e9trico por citometr\u00eda de flujo desarrollado en esta tesis es m\u00e1s exacto, preciso y sensible que la microscopia \u00f3ptica convencional y los contadores celulares autom\u00e1ticos y permite la definici\u00f3n del inmunofenotipo de las poblaciones celulares en un cultivocelular
