Los clasificadores que tienen alg\u00fan grado de diversidad en su conocimiento pueden presentar diferentes patrones de errores. Esta observaci\u00f3n sugiere que un sistema de clasificadores, dependiendo de la inteligencia de su combinaci\u00f3n, puede mejorar la precisi\u00f3n de un \u00fanico clasificador. La eficacia del sistema radica en la capacidad del m\u00e9todo de combinaci\u00f3n de evitar el traslado de errores individuales en la decisi\u00f3n colectiva. esta tesis est\u00e1 dedicada al estudio del dise\u00f1o eficiente de sistemas de clasificaci\u00f3n conjunta. El m\u00e9todo propuesto considera un conjunto de n\u00famero variable de clasificadores heterog\u00e9neos, generalistas, y no adaptados a una regla de combinaci\u00f3n espec\u00edfica. La propuesta de dise\u00f1o permite una selecci\u00f3n de subconjuntos cooperativos haciendo uso de la caracterizaci\u00f3n del comportamiento individual y colectivo de los clasificadores. Los aspectos del comportamiento considerados en la selecci\u00f3n est\u00e1n condicionados al m\u00e9todo o estrategia de combinaci\u00f3n a ser usado, pero en ning\u00fan caso se utilizar\u00e1 una
