Del an\u00e1lisis de la estructura del dominio citos\u00f3lico carboxilo de trpv1 se desprende que posee un motivo (s\/t)xv interno de uni\u00f3n a dominios pdz, convirti\u00e9ndose en un buen candidato para interactuar con prote\u00ednas con dominios pdz como cip98 y psd95. los resultados obtenidos en este estudio permitieron la identificaci\u00f3n de interacciones entre el canal trpv1 y la prote\u00edna pdz cip98 en modelos in vitro. Estas prote\u00ednas forman parte del mismo complejo proteico en hek293t donde co-localizan. La interacci\u00f3n identificada implica el dominio carboxilo de trpv1 y al menos el segmento de cip98 que incluye sus dos primeros dominios pdz. Sin embargo, no se observaron evidencias que sugieran que la prote\u00edna pdz psd95 interact\u00fae con trpv1 o forme parte del mismo complejo proteico.  la interacci\u00f3n detectada entre cip98 y trpv1 aporta nuevos datos que se\u00f1alan la formaci\u00f3n de complejos entre prote\u00ednas adaptadoras y este canal. El estudio de los eventos relacionados con la formaci\u00f3n de dichos complejos en modelos neuronales, podr\u00eda ampliar nuestro conocimiento sobre los mecanismos de modulaci\u00f3n de la actividad
