Al sistema de comunicaci\u00f3n intercelular que regula la expresi\u00f3n de un conjunto de genes especializados en respuesta a la densidad de sus poblaciones se le denomina quorum-sensing o percepci\u00f3n de qu\u00f3rum. bradyrhizobium japonicum es el microsimbionte de la soja (glycine-max). Puesto que se ha demostrado que los genes de la nodulaci\u00f3n en esta bacteria podr\u00edan estar controlados por percepci\u00f3n de qu\u00f3rum y considerando que se desconoc\u00edan los genes implicados en la producci\u00f3n de autoinductores, en este trabajo se desarrollan los siguientes objetivos: 1\u00c2\u00baidentificaci\u00f3n y regulaci\u00f3n de genes implicados en la producci\u00f3n de autoinductores en bradyrhizobium japonicum. 2\u00c2\u00baestudio del efecto de la inoculaci\u00f3n de plantas de soja inoculadas con cepas de bradyrhizobium japonicum afectadas en
