En concreto se persigue determinar sus prestaciones para el caso concreto de la detecci\u00f3n e inmovilizaci\u00f3n de acidos nucleicos sobre su superficie activa. Los dispositivos de estudio son: microarrays activos de adn, electrodos interdigitados y dispositivos resonantes tales como micropuentes  y microcantilevers.  el interes por abordar un estudios de estas caracteristicas se jutifica por la aplicacion que dichas estructuras encuentran entre otras en el analisis de expresion genica y su contribuci\u00f3n a la lucha contra el cancer con el desarrollo de nuevos farmacos. La miniaturizaci\u00f3n de los dispositivos bajo estudio, asi como su capacidad de procesamiento paralelo en arrays con multiples elementos sensores; sin olvidar la disminucion drastica de los tiempos de ejecuci\u00f3n al tratarse de dispositivos polarizables, constituyen elementos novedosos frente a las tecnolog\u00edas actuales basadas en arrays pasivos con altos tiempos de
