El objeto es lograr un catalizador utilizando carb\u00f3n activado como soporte, que posea propiedades catal\u00edticas similares o superiores a las del complejo cuando es utilizado en fase homog\u00e9nea y que adem\u00e1s sea reutilizable sucesivas veces sin p\u00e9rdida sustancial de actividad catal\u00edtica. Es lo que se conoce como \u00abcatalizadores h\u00edbridos\u00bb. se han sintetizado complejos amina y fosfina de rodio y amina de paladio. Con los complejos sintetizados se han preparado catalizadores h\u00edbridos por tres m\u00e9todos distintos de heterogeneizaci\u00f3n: adsorci\u00f3n f\u00edsica, intercambio i\u00f3nico y enlace covalente. \u00e9stos han mostrado ser activos en reacciones de hidrogenaci\u00f3n e hidroformilaci\u00f3n de olefinas en fase l\u00edquida, siendo \u00e9stos en algunos casos m\u00e1s activos que los catalizadores homog\u00e9neos. adem\u00e1s se obtuvieron para ambos tipos de reacci\u00f3n, catalizadores que eran reutilizables sucesivas veces, alcanzando el objetivo planteado para la  tesis. las conclusiones de las tesis han sido las siguientes:     * los carbones activados son soportes adecuados para la obtenci\u00f3n de catalizadores h\u00edbridos de complejos de pd y rh.     * en reacciones de hidrogenaci\u00f3n, el anclaje por adsorci\u00f3n f\u00edsica es eficaz siendo los catalizadores estables. El enlace covalente produce un anclaje efectivo del complejo, obteniendose catalizadores estables, activos y reutilizables.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
