Las t\u00e9cnicas de trabajo utilizadas han sido tanto electroanal\u00edticas como de luminiscencia molecular y hplc. Las aplicaciones posteriores se han hecho en fluidos biol\u00f3gicos, preparaciones farmac\u00e9uticas y tejidos animales. Se han utilizado distintas estrategias qu\u00edmicas (medios micelares) y quimiom\u00e9tricas (t\u00e9cnicas de derivadas, m\u00e9todos de calibraci\u00f3n multivariante) para el establecimiento de los m\u00e9todos de an\u00e1lisis. entre estos \u00faltimos podemos citar m\u00e9todos de primer orden (regresi\u00f3n por m\u00ednimos cuadrados parciales, regresi\u00f3n de componentes principales y regresi\u00f3n cl\u00e1sica por m\u00ednimos cuadrados), segundo orden (parafac, n-pls, unfolded-pls) y m\u00e9todos no lineales (redes neuronales artificiales), as\u00ed como m\u00e9todos de optimizaci\u00f3n y dise\u00f1o de experimentos. Los m\u00e9todos desarrollados presentan un indudable inter\u00e9s desde le punto de vista de su aplicaci\u00f3n agroalimentaria y farmacolog\u00edca, al permitir nuevos procedimientos de
