Los tumores se distribuyen en dos v\u00edas con cierto nivel de solapamiento: la v\u00eda papilar superficial caracterizada por alteraciones de fgfr3 y p\u00e9rdida del cromosoma 9 y la v\u00eda no papilar invasiva caracterizada por alteraciones en las v\u00edas de p53 y prb. Los tumores t1g3 representan el 10% de los tumores de vejiga diagnosticados y representan un desaf\u00edo cl\u00ednico debido a su alto riesgo de progresi\u00f3n y la falta de marcadores moleculares que predigan el pron\u00f3stico de los pacientes. El objetivo de la tesis ha sido caracterizar los tumores t1g3 y asociar los marcadores evaluados con el pron\u00f3stico de los pacientes. La caracterizaci\u00f3n de los tumores t1g3 ha identificado que la v\u00eda de p53 est\u00e1 alterada en un 85% de los casos, que los tumors muestran altos niveles de inestabilidad gen\u00f3mica y que tan s\u00f3lo el marcador de inestabilidad fga predice el pron\u00f3stico de los pacientes con tumores t1g3.
