Se ha empleado como sistema modelo in vitro, soluciones acuosas de glutation oxidado, un dip\u00e9ptido formado por dos cadenas de glut\u00e1mico, ciste\u00edna y glicina, unidas por un puente disulfuro. Este p\u00e9ptido presenta grupos nh2 y nh que intercambian su magnetizaci\u00f3n intramolecularmente y con los protones del agua libre presentes en la disoluci\u00f3n. Nuestro estudio ha investigado la dependencia del intercambio de magnetizaci\u00f3n con el ph, la temperatura y la microviscosidad. La termodin\u00e1mica del intercambio se estudi\u00f3 empleando espectros z y las ecuaciones de van\u00c2\u00bft hoff. Los resultados indican que el intercambio de magnetizaci\u00f3n es un proceso reversible dirigido entr\u00f3picamente a ph 4.0 y 9.0, y ent\u00e1lpicamente a ph 6.5, en el caso de las mol\u00e9culas de agua. Sin embargo, los intercambios entre los protones de los grupos nh y las mol\u00e9culas de agua est\u00e1n dirigidos entr\u00f3picamente en todos los casos. Mediante experimentos de pulso y gradiente se investig\u00f3 la variaci\u00f3n en el coeficiente de difusi\u00f3n aparente del agua. Un aumento de la viscosidad de la soluci\u00f3n reduce el intercambio de magnetizaci\u00f3n hasta en un 45%, lo que indica que en estos procesos, los movimientos translacionales de las especies en intercambio juegan un papel importante. Nuestros resultados tambi\u00e9n demuestran que los procesos de intercambio dependen del ph y del pka de los grupos intercambiables, resultando cin\u00e9tica y termodin\u00e1micamente m\u00e1s favorables entre los protones de las mol\u00e9culas de agua de la soluci\u00f3n que entre los protones del glutation o entre el glutation y el agua.
