No constituye la gu\u00eda a seguir en el cumplimiento del mismo, pero s\u00ed encaminando a su mejor compresi\u00f3n. Para tal fin se ha utilizado una metodolog\u00eda descriptiva y cr\u00edtica de la regulaci\u00f3n fijada en la ley, as\u00ed como una recopilaci\u00f3n doctrinal y jurisprudencial conectadas con
