Gran parte de su tratamiento adyuvante y neoadyuvante se basa en el uso de agentes quimioterap\u00e9uticos, incluyendo los an\u00e1logos de nucle\u00f3sidos y los taxanos. en este trabajo se estudiaron los mecanismos moleculares de acci\u00f3n de dos medicamentos pertenecientes a cada uno de estos dos grupos: 5-fluorouracilo, gemcitabina, peclitaxel y docetaxel. Se correlacionaron los perfiles de expresi\u00f3n g\u00e9nica obtenidos por microarrays de adnc con par\u00e1metros de ciclo y muerte celular, en l\u00edneas celulares de c\u00e1ncer de mama. Los resultados de estos ensayos permitieron identificar genes y v\u00edas centrales y espec\u00edficas para cada uno de estos f\u00e1rmacos. Globalmente, se describen v\u00edas moleculares clave para su modo de acci\u00f3n, los mecanismos de defensa de las c\u00e9lulas en respuesta a estos, diferencias moleculares dependientes de la concentraci\u00f3n de la farmacogen\u00f3mica en el desarrollo de mejores tratamientos para el c\u00e1ncer de mama.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
