Entre las propiedades m\u00e1s importantes de nuestro estudio se encuentra la birrefringencia el\u00e9ctrica, resultante al aplicar un campo el\u00e9ctrico a una disoluci\u00f3n de macromol\u00e9culas polares o polarizables, y que depende de manera sensible de caracter\u00edsticas macromoleculares tales como tama\u00f1o, forma y flexibilidad. el estudio es aplicable a cualquier tipo de estructura (r\u00edgida, flexible o semiflexible) que la part\u00edcula  adopte en disoluci\u00f3n y dependiendo de las condicones en las que se encuentre. los sistemas estudiados para la comprobaci\u00f3n de nuestra metodolog\u00eda han sido los complejos que forman en disoluci\u00f3n la prote\u00edna interfer\u00f3n gamma con diversos fragmentos de heparina, as\u00ed como el estudio dela flexibilidad del dna. Se han utilizado metodolog\u00edas de c\u00e1lculo y de simulaci\u00f3n para el c\u00e1lculo de propiedades hidrodin\u00e1micas de macromol\u00e9culas r\u00edgidas y flexibles. entre estas metodolog\u00edas cabe destacar el m\u00e9todo de montecarlo y la din\u00e1mica browniana. las aportaciones m\u00e1s relevantes de esta tesis doctoral, han sido la obtenci\u00f3n de respuestas para problemas no resueltos en la literatura, as\u00ed como el desarrollo de una metodolog\u00eda tanto te\u00f3rica como computacional, no existente previamente para el an\u00e1lisis de resultados de
