Estas poblaciones neuronales se han analizado sobre la base de la presencia de marcadores como el gaba, las prote\u00ednas ligadoras de calcio o la enzima de s\u00edntesis del \u00f3xido n\u00edtrico, y su participaci\u00f3n en la formaci\u00f3n de circuitos neuronales. Para ello se han empleado t\u00e9cnicas convencionales de microscop\u00eda \u00f3ptica y electr\u00f3nica.     las principales conclusiones de este trabajo son las siguientes:     la mayor\u00eda de las c\u00e9lulas que contienen calbindina y parvalb\u00famina en el claustro y en el n\u00facleo basolateral de la am\u00edgdala durante el desarrollo.     la sintasa del \u00f3xido n\u00edtrico se expresa en dos poblaciones de neuronas diferentes que presentan distintos patrones espacio-temporales de expresi\u00f3n en el claustro y en el complejo basolateral de la am\u00edgdala durante el desarrollo y en el adulto. Una poblaci\u00f3n de neuronas es mayoritariamente gaba\u00e9rgica y se caracteriza por presentar una mayor intensidad de tinci\u00f3n. La otra poblaci\u00f3n de neuronas es fundamentalmente no gaba\u00e9rgica y se caracteriza por presentar una tinci\u00f3n moderada en el cuerpo celular.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos
