As\u00ed, el \u00f3xido de fosfina podr\u00eda actuar como promotor de la descarbonilaci\u00f3n, mientras que el efecto del \u00e1cido oleico parece estar restringido a la pasivaci\u00f3n de determinadas caras activas del catalizador (reacci\u00f3n autocatal\u00edtica).     se ha desarrollado un m\u00e9todo de s\u00edntesis para la obtenci\u00f3n de agregados de nanopart\u00edculas de coo puro en condiciones suaves. La s\u00edntesis parte del precursor co2(co)8 que descompone en presencia de distintos promotores (\u00f3xidos de amina y tempo). Para el caso de los \u00f3xidos de amina, se ha visto que las distintas muestras obtenidas presentan una fuerte relaci\u00f3n entre sus propiedades f\u00edsico-qu\u00edmicas y el n-\u00f3xido utilizado. la s\u00edntesis con  tempo se ha utilizado en la obtenci\u00f3n de materiales nanocompuestos con matriz polim\u00e9rica funcional. As\u00ed mismo, el tempo ha resultado ser efectivo tambi\u00e9n en la promoci\u00f3n de la reacci\u00f3n intermolecular de pauson-jkhan con norbornadieno, siendo el efecto sobre la velocidad de reacci\u00f3n m\u00e1s visible para sustratos voluminosos en tolueno. De \u00e9ste modo se ha hallado un mecanismo alternativo, de car\u00e1cter radicalario, para la reacci\u00f3n de pauson-khand.     las nanopart\u00edculas de *-co sintetizadas por el m\u00e9todo de puentes-alivisatos han sido funcionalizadas v\u00eda la formaic\u00f3nd e una doble capa interdigitada de \u00e1cido carbox\u00edlico, m\u00e9todo que se presenta como posible alternativa a los m\u00e9todos tradicionales de funcionalizaci\u00f3n. En concreto, para el caso de bicapas \u00e1cido ol\u00e9ico-\u00e1cido litoc\u00f3lico, se ha visto que la interdigitaci\u00f3n puede esta favoreciendo la formaci\u00f3n de fases de cristal l\u00edquido.
