Haemophilus y actinobacilus son pat\u00f3nenosporcinos de gran relevancia. El uso de antibi\u00f3ticos para el tratamiento de infecciones producidas por estos pat\u00f3genos y como aditivos en la alimentaci\u00f3n animal ha ocasionado la aparici\u00f3n de cepas resistentes. Nos proponemos realizar un estudio de las resistencias a algunos de losantibi\u00f3ticos m\u00e1s utilizados en el tratamiento de estas infecciones. Son objetivos de esta tesis la cuantificaci\u00f3n del nivel de resistencia, la determinaci\u00f3n de sus bases gen\u00e9ticas y el an\u00e1lisis de sus mecanismos de diseminaci\u00f3n. se utilizar\u00e1n colecciones de cepas de actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae y haemophilus paranuis del departamento de patolog\u00eda animal de la universidad de le\u00f3n. los antibi\u00f3ticos seleccionados para el estudio son las tetraciclinas (antibi\u00f3ticos de amplio espectro y bajo coste, por lo que son frecuentemente empleados en el tratamiento de infecciones por estos y otros pat\u00f3genos) y las quinolonas (antibi\u00f3ticos relativamente nuevos y de uso restringido). Los pat\u00f3genos seleccionados son actinobacillus peluropneumoniae y haemophilus parasuis. inicialmente se llevar\u00e1 a cabo un estudio fenotipico de las resistencias realizando pruebas de sensibilidad antimicrobiana por el m\u00e9todo de difusi\u00f3n y determinando las concenctraciones m\u00ednimas inhibitorias (cmi) para tetraciclinas y fluoroquinolonas. Se seleccionar\u00e1n las cepas resistentes. Se realizar\u00e1 una caracterizaci\u00f3n de los determinantes de resistencia a tetraciclinas (tet) empleando t\u00e9cnicas de pcr e hibridaci\u00f3n. Los genes de resistencia que se aislen ser\u00e1n secuenciados. Asimismo, se cuantificar\u00e1 su expresi\u00f3n en presencia de tretraciclina y se estudiar\u00e1 la presistencia del fenotipo de resistencia.
