Carmen <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se ha estudiado experimentalmente la determinacion de areas interfaciales especificas y coeficientes volumetricos de transferencia de oxigeno en fermentadores por metodos quimicos y dinamicos. Se propone un nuevo metodo quimico basado en la absorcion de oxigeno por disoluciones alcalinas de ditionito sodico, cuya cinetica y mecanismo se han establecido.
