Adem\u00e1s, el establecimiento de un modelo de rat\u00f3n al\u00e9rgico a ole e 1 que refleja las caracter\u00edsticas t\u00edpicas de los pacientes pol\u00ednicos ha permitido ensayar tres protocolos profil\u00e1cticos basados en la administraci\u00f3n intranasal de hipoalergenos libres o encapsulados con los que se han conseguido prevenir la s\u00edntesis de ige, as\u00ed como la inflamaci\u00f3n de las v\u00edas respiratorias ocasionadas pro la sensibilizaci\u00f3n al alergeno. Los resultados obtenidos han permitido proponer a los hipoalergenos 135-10 y oe 109-130 como los candidatos id\u00f3neos para ser utilizados como vacunas nasales para la alergia al polen de olivo, y, tal vez, a otros pol\u00e9nes miembros de la familia de las ole\u00e1ceas.
