{"id":56804,"date":"2018-03-09T22:44:37","date_gmt":"2018-03-09T22:44:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/papel-biologico-de-erk5-localiacion-subcelular-y-funcion\/"},"modified":"2018-03-09T22:44:37","modified_gmt":"2018-03-09T22:44:37","slug":"papel-biologico-de-erk5-localiacion-subcelular-y-funcion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/biologia-humana\/papel-biologico-de-erk5-localiacion-subcelular-y-funcion\/","title":{"rendered":"Papel biol\u00f3gico de erk5: localiaci\u00f3n subcelular y funci\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Joana Patricia Da Silva Borges <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Las alteraciones de los receptores con actividad tirosina quinasa y de sus rutas de se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n han sido asociadas a la g\u00e9nesis, progresi\u00f3n y pron\u00f3stico de diferentes tipos de neoplasias humanas. estos receptores, sus ligandos y las mol\u00e9culas que participan en la se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n tras la activaci\u00f3n de los receptores, han sido considerados como potenciales dianas antitumorales. un grupo de receptores tirosina quinasa frecuentemente asociado a tumores s\u00f3lidos humanos est\u00e1 representado por la familia erbb. en mam\u00edferos se han identificado cuatro receptores de esta familia: egfr (er5b1\/her1); erbb2 (her2); erbb3 (her3) y erbb4 (her4), similares en la regi\u00f3n intracelular, pero distintos en su regi\u00f3n extracelular. 3,4,5  se han identificado alteraciones en el receptor erbb2 en el 15% de adenocarcinomas, siendo m\u00e1s notable este porcentaje (20-40%) en carcinomas de ovario y mama, donde la sobreexpresi\u00f3n de erbb2 se correlaciona con mal pron\u00f3stico. las v\u00edas de mapk juegan un papel importante en la transducci\u00f3n de se\u00f1ales tras la activaci\u00f3n de receptores erbb.6,7,8 recientemente, se ha visto que la v\u00eda de erk5\/bmk1 tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 implicada en la transducci\u00f3n de se\u00f1ales mitog\u00e9nicas tras la activaci\u00f3n de receptores erbb. En c\u00e9lulas de c\u00e1ncer de mama, la activaci\u00f3n de los receptores erbb2 por sus ligandos, las neuregulinas (nrg), induce una respuesta proliferativa parcialmente regulada por erk5. Es m\u00e1s, en c\u00e9lulas de c\u00e1ncer de mama que sobreexpresan erbb2, erk5 est\u00e1 constitutivamente activo, y la expresi\u00f3n de formas dominante negativas de erk5 inhiben pardalmente su proliferaci\u00f3n. por todo esto, los datos que se obtienen con el estudio de esta v\u00eda de transducci\u00f3n de se\u00f1ales pueden ayudar a esclarecer cu\u00e1les son las dianas celulares de erk5 y erbb2. Una vez identificadas estas dianas ser\u00e1  necesario establecer su importancia en la transducci\u00f3n de se\u00f1ales, pudiendo esto conducir a la identificaci\u00f3n de nuevos f\u00e1rmacos con
