Quiz\u00e1s, estas diferencias nos podr\u00edan explicar por qu\u00e9 hay tan pocas mujeres en puestos de responsabilidad.   en este estudio hemos observado, sin embargo, que las diferencias existentes son en puntos muy concretos del liderazgo, como en alg\u00fan aspecto de la comunicaci\u00f3n con los subordinados. Lo cual no justifica el hecho de que el porcentaje de mujeres sea tan bajo en puestos de responsabilidad respecto al de varones.  No obstante encontramos diferencias relacionadas con el sexo en otros factores de caracter social, como el sueldo, el n\u00famero de personas que tienen a su cargo o la necesidad de compatibilizar las
