La memoria se centra en el estudio de la rotaci\u00f3n y de la temperatura de iones de impurezas, as\u00ed como de la emisi\u00f3n indirecta de protones del plasma que se han convertido previamente en neutros r\u00e1pidos. Las medidas se han realizado en la direcci\u00f3n toroidal de la m\u00e1quina tj-ii  (dispositivo de tipo stellarator situado en el ciemat), por medio del desplazamiento y anchura de sus l\u00edneas espectrales. Se presenta un sistema flexible para calibrar absolutamente velocidades de rotaci\u00f3n en tiempo real, y la para la interpretaci\u00f3n de las medidas de temperatura se ha desarrollado un c\u00f3digo cero dimensional que da cuenta del balance de potencia que se produce en el plasma. Como apoyo a las medidas tambi\u00e9n se ha desarrollado un c\u00f3digo para obtener par\u00e1metros locales a partir de barridos especiales y otro que da cuenta del efecto zeeman sobre las l\u00edneas espectrales m\u00e1s importantes de impurezas. Adem\u00e1s, se proponen dos sistemas \u00f3pticos para la mejora de las medidas.     como principales conclusiones cabe destacar la relaci\u00f3n encontrada entre la corriente de bootstrap de los iones y la velocidad de rotaci\u00f3n de los medios en la direcci\u00f3n toroidal, y la observaci\u00f3n de una poblaci\u00f3n de iones altamente energ\u00e9ticos que se perfila como principal causa
