A la prueba de logros aplicada a los estudiantes se le hizo el an\u00e1lisis psicom\u00e9trico respectivo, y luego un an\u00e1lisis factorial utilizando los m\u00e9todos de componentes principales y de rotaci\u00f3n varimax, para agrupar \u00edtemes que extraigan la mayor cantidad de varianza, resultando tres estructuras de sentido interpretadas como tipos de competencias desarrolladas por los estudiantes.  Las competencias \u00c2\u00bfcontextualizadoras\u00c2\u00bf caracterizan a estudiantes de origen rural que orientan su funci\u00f3n docente a la comunidad y valoran la diversidad ling\u00ed\u00bc\u00edstico-cultural; los estudiantes con competencias \u00c2\u00bfhacia la innovaci\u00f3n\u00c2\u00bf se centran en su rol docente, proyectan la importancia de la investigaci\u00f3n, y critican la insuficiencia de la formaci\u00f3n recibida; y los estudiantes con competencias  \u00c2\u00bft\u00e9cnico-instrumentales\u00c2\u00bf se enfocan en el aula y las mejoras curriculares. Los an\u00e1lisis de anova de un factor y del mlg multivariante permiten identificar rasgos de estudiantes, de docentes formadores y condiciones institucionales asociados significativamente a los tipos de competencias identificadas. Se plantea la necesidad de crear un sistema de personal docente, que haga seguimiento y eval\u00fae articuladamente el desarrollo de competencias durante la formaci\u00f3n, con el desempe\u00f1o en servicio; instituir mecanismos de control y acompa\u00f1amiento docente a los maestros egresados con bajo logro de las  competencias para garantizar buenos desempe\u00f1os en aula, e introducir la
