En \u00e9l se lleva a cabo la incorporaci\u00f3n del proyecto j\u00f3venes negociadores (originario de la universidad de harvard), a trav\u00e9s de la ong poder ciudadano, en el marco de su proyecto de orientaci\u00f3n o tutorial. El objetivo fue investigar un proyecto innovador, que desarrolla capacidades para la soluci\u00f3n de conflictos y, analizar los elementos relevantes y la estructura de ambos.     el estudio de caso utiliza una metodolog\u00eda cualitativa, apoyada en la selecci\u00f3n de estrategias, muestreo te\u00f3rico, t\u00e9cnicas de recogida de informaci\u00f3n (fuentes bibliogr\u00e1ficas, observaciones participantes y no participantes, entrevistas, entre otras) y un an\u00e1lisis cualitativo de los datos.     el trabajo de campo se realiz\u00f3 en diversas etapas entre el 2001 y 2005, extray\u00e9ndose siete macro-categor\u00edas interrelacionadas que permitieron comprender la estructura interna de proceso innovador. Ellas son: inherente a los objetivos tutoriales (io), coherente con las actividades tutoriales (cat), relevante en el contexto institucional (ri), aprendizaje en valores (av), compromiso por parte de
