El conocimiento acerca de las causas biol\u00f3gicas de esta observaci\u00f3n es todav\u00eda incompleto, pero su exploraci\u00f3n ha proporcionado valiosa informaci\u00f3n sobre las variables genomicas, hist\u00f3ricas y demogr\u00e1ficas que influyen sobre estas tasas de divergencia. Entre las muchas causas de esta heterogenea distribuci\u00f3n (contenido gc, recombinaci\u00f3n, etc&#8230;), Las reorganizaciones cromosomicas s\u00f3n un factor importante a tener en cuenta ya que estan relacionadas al mismo tiempo con otras variables causantes de esta distribuci\u00f3n. recientemente, un conjunto de hip\u00f3tesis relacionadas con la especiaci\u00f3n ha enriquecido este complejo panorama. Las reorganizaciones cromosomicas han estado relacionadas con procesos de especiaci\u00f3n actuando como barreras gen\u00e9ticas al flujo genetico porque impiden la recombinaci\u00f3n entre los cromosomas que soportan conformaciones diferentes y, as\u00ed, facilita la acumulaci\u00f3n de alelos incompatibles. Por lo tanto, las regiones genomicas que han experimentado reorganizaciones podr\u00edan ser contribuyentes importantes a la observaci\u00f3n de variaci\u00f3n de las tasas de la evoluci\u00f3n molecular en diferentes partes de un genoma.  en este trabajo hemos investigado la distribuci\u00f3n gen\u00ed\u00b2mica de la divergencia en sequencia de adn, y en expresi\u00f3n g\u00e9nica en mam\u00edferos, concretamente en los linajes de primates y de roedores.
