Ambas reacciones est\u00e1n catalizadas por compuestos de oro, dentro delcampo de la cat\u00e1lisis homog\u00e9nea.- En las reacciones de hidrataci\u00f3n, se ha trabajado con fenilacetileno y 1-heptino empleandocompuestos organomet\u00e1licos de au(iii) en medio metanol\/h20. Se ha conseguido proponer unmecanismo de reacci\u00f3n que explica el ciclo catal\u00edtico gracias al seguimento por rmn de 1h y19f de este proceso.La s\u00edntesis de compuestos solubles en agua tanto de oro(i), de f\u00f3rmulas generales [auc1(tppxs)], [au(c6f5)(tppxs)] y [au(ccr)(tppxs)], como de oro(ii) donde tppxs es trifenilfosfina mono-,di y trisulfonada, permite aplicar esta cat\u00e1lisis en medio acuoso con la posibilidad dereciclaje del catalizador.Compuestos organomet\u00e1licos de au(iii) y au(i) en presencia de dihalogenuros geminales(ch2c12, ch2br2, ch2i2, ch3chc12) como disolvente, y empleando como sustratos alquinosterminales y diaminas, proporcionan propargilaminas mediante un acoplamiento c-c y c-nentre la amina y el alquino con el dihalogenuro geminal, dando lugar a un nuevo m\u00e9todo des\u00edntesis de propargilaminas a trav\u00e9s de una activaci\u00f3n de diclorometanoque no tieneprecedentes en la
