Esto ha sido posible gracias a la construcci\u00f3n del mapa del transcriptoma, formando por un total de 696 marcadores moleculares que se integraron en el mapa uhd. Adem\u00e1s, en este mismo mapa se integraron un total de 184 qtls\/genes para diferentes caracteres publicados en patata como resistencias, calidad y otros. La unificaci\u00f3n de toda esta informaci\u00f3n en un \u00fanico mapa, posibilit\u00f3 la asociaci\u00f3n de 73 qtls de resistencia frente a diferentes pat\u00f3genos con 144 marcadores moleculares (tdfs) en el mapa ultra denso de patata. de estos 144 tdfs, se analizaron las secuencias de 36, 15 de ellos representaron posibles marcadores candidato para la detecci\u00f3n de genes de resistencia a diferentes factores bi\u00f3ticos y 9 tdfs no mostraron ning\u00fan tipo de homolog\u00eda en los an\u00e1lisis en las bases de datos utilizadas, pudiendo ser posibles genes de resistencia hasta la fecha sin describir. Por otro lado, se aplicaron novedosas t\u00e9cnicas (bsa-cdna-aflp, cdna-aflp diferencial y an\u00e1lisis de microarrays) en el an\u00e1lisis de la expresi\u00f3n del genoma de especies silvestres afines a la patata y resistentes, con el prop\u00f3sito de estudiar el alcance de estas t\u00e9cnicas y de asociar genes con la resistencia cuantitativa a g.Pallida. Adem\u00e1s de analizar las variantes al\u00e9licas de estos genes candidato, tambi\u00e9n se integraron en el mapa uhd posiblitando de esta manera, la relaci\u00f3n entre genes y expresiones
