A modo de resumen, se enumeran a continuaci\u00f3n los resultados m\u00e1s importantes:     1,- en primer lugar, se han preparado nuevos \u00f3xidos de metales de transici\u00f3n (ti, nb y ta) y tierras raras con estructura peroskita, sustituidos parcialmente por litio. Tambi\u00e9n se han sintetizado compuestos ya descritos en la bibliograf\u00eda con el fin de realizar un estudio sistem\u00e1tico y comparativo.     2,- se ha realizado una caracterizaci\u00f3n qu\u00edmica, estructural y morfol\u00f3gica de estos \u00f3xidos. Para ello se han empleado t\u00e9cnicas de an\u00e1lisis qu\u00edmico, difracci\u00f3n de rayos x sobre polvo cristalino y otras t\u00e9cnicas de mayor complejidad empleadas en la qu\u00edmica del estado s\u00f3lido, que han permitido una caracterizaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s profunda de estos compuestos.     3,- se han preparado capas delgadas tanto  de los nuevos compuestos como de los compuestos ya descritos anteriormente, mediante la t\u00e9cnica de ablaci\u00f3n l\u00e1ser. Se han seleccionado aquellos compuestos que mejores propiedades conductoras presentaban de las diferentes familias estudiadas, y se han optimizado las condiciones de s\u00edntesis con el fin de obtener pel\u00edculas delgadas de elevada calidad.     4,- se han caracterizado las capas delgadas mediatne t\u00e9cnicas habituales del estado s\u00f3lido y t\u00e9cnicas espec\u00edficas para el estudio de capas delgadas.     5,- se ha realizado un estudio comparativo de las propiedades conductoras de los \u00f3xidos preparados por m\u00e9todos cer\u00e1micos y de las capas
