Para conseguirlo se utilizaron varias t\u00e9cnicas: monocapas de langmur y pel\u00edculas de langmuir blodgett, espectroscop\u00eda de la fluorescencia, microscop\u00eda de angulo de brewster y la microscop\u00eda de fuerzas at\u00f3micas.  la conclusi\u00f3n general de esta tesis ha sido: \u00aben soluci\u00f3n el calcio induce fases h ii en la muestra de pope: cl (0,8: 0,2, mol:mol). Esta composici\u00f3n es la monocapa m\u00e1s estable de ambos fostol\u00edpidos y se corresponde con la fracci\u00f3n molar en la membrana interna de la mitocondria. La extensi\u00f3n de estas micelas inversas form\u00f3  bicapas planas sobre un soporte s\u00f3lido, mostrando segregaci\u00f3n lateral de dominios enriquecidos en cl en los que el citocromo c se uni\u00f3 espec\u00edficamente. En este modelo de la membrana interna de la mitocondria el popc se comportar\u00eda como un espaciador en los dominios enriquecidos de pope formando la matriz lip\u00eddica\u00bb. El proceso inverso ser\u00eda una explicaci\u00f3n de la liberaci\u00f3n del citocromo c de la membrana interna de la mitocondria durante la apoptosis.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos
