El efecto de estos patrones aumenta seg\u00fan se produce la diferenciaci\u00f3n in vitro de los monocitos hacia macr\u00f3fagos, correlacion\u00e1ndose con la expresi\u00f3n del receptor de manosa en \u00e9stas c\u00e9lulas. El efecto de los patrones de manosa se explica por la uni\u00f3n productiva sobre el receptor de manosa. los patrones moleculares asociados a manosa y el peptidoglicano son potentes est\u00edmulos en la liberaci\u00f3n de \u00e1cido araquid\u00f3nico a partir de los fosfol\u00edpidos de las membranas de los polimorfonucleares humanos. La liberaci\u00f3n de \u00e1cido araquid\u00f3nico producida por estos est\u00edmulos en los es independiente de la formaci\u00f3n de micropart\u00edculas, mientras que la fosfolipasa a2 est\u00e1 implicada. los patrones basados en manosa y el petidoglicano inducen la expresi\u00f3n de la cox-2 en los pmn de manera r\u00e1pida y duradera, lo que se acompa\u00f1a de la producci\u00f3n de pge2. Los pmn expresan de manera constitutiva una gran cantidad de arnm que codifica para la cox-2, la inducci\u00f3n de la expresi\u00f3n de la prote\u00edna cox-2 por los patrones de manosa y el peptidoglicano en los pmn se regula a nivel traduccional, a trav\u00e9s de una v\u00eda en la que participa pi-3k y mtor.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
