Frei y c.C. Chen con m\u00e1scaras dimensi\u00f3n 3. Obtenemos una generalizaci\u00f3n a cualquier orden a partir de las matrices de proyecci\u00f3n ortogonal. Estas matrices presentan propiedades tales que las hacen especialmente interesantes. De forma paralela se han obtenido algor\u00edtmos eficientes para la segmentaci\u00f3n de im\u00e1genes digitales as\u00ed como para la umbralizaci\u00f3n de las mismas. Para comprovar la robustez del m\u00e9todo propuesto utilizamos im\u00e1genes contaminadas con ruido y los resultados corroboran la validez del mismo.
