En la evaluaci\u00f3n fueron determinados:     a,- perfil sociocultural &#8211; econ\u00f3mico y percepci\u00f3n de la salud     b,- perfil antropom\u00e9trico (pero, altura, imc, circunferencia cintura de cadera).     c,- h\u00e1bitos alimentarios (mendicante recuerdo alimentario de 24 horas y cuestionario de frecuencia alimentaria).  resultados     la edad media fue 69,45+-6,54 a\u00f1os, siendo 22,8% de hombres y 77,2% mujeres. Se encontraron diferencias significativas entre las etnias en cuanto al estado civil, nivel educacional, convivencia domiciliar y percepci\u00f3n de la salud, sin embargo o no hubo diferencia en cuanto a la renta mensual. El estado  nutricional evaluado por el imc, circunferencia cintura y la relaci\u00f3n cintura\/cadera no mostr\u00f3 diferencias significativas en funci\u00f3n del sexo. En los macronutrientes se encontraron diferencias significativas con relaci\u00f3n al porcentaje de carbohidratos, l\u00edpidos (monoinsaturados y polinsaturados) y fibras, y en los micronutrientes diferencias para las vitaminas d, b6, folato, niacina, riboflavina y calcio. Cuando se compar\u00f3 la ingesta de micronutrientes con la rdis, la mayor\u00eda de los ancianos ten\u00edan un consumo adecuado de vitamina c, b12, b6, e, niacina, riboflavina, hierro y cinc se encontraba por debajo de lo adecuado de vitamina d, folato, tiamina, calcio, siendo la vitamina a la \u00fanica con consumo diferenciado (adecuada para los multi\u00e9tnicos y por debajo de lo adecuado para alemanes e italianos).  conclusi\u00f3n     la composici\u00f3n corporal fue similar y la ingesta de macronutrientes y micronutrientes presenta diferencias entre
