Los objetivos inmediatos fueron: 1) determinar la influencia de dominios citopl\u00e1smaticos espec\u00edficos de receptores nicot\u00ednicos de tipo alfa 7 en su expresi\u00f3n funcional. Para ello, se realizo un estudio de mutag\u00e9nesis con el amino \u00e1cido ala, monitoriz\u00e1ndose la expresi\u00f3n superficial del receptor y su actividad funcional. Los resultados indican un papel clave de una regi\u00f3n anfip\u00e1tica cercana al segmento m4 en la biog\u00e9nesis y funcionalidad del receptor. 2) caracterizar los efectos de ric-3 sobre la modulaci\u00f3n de receptores nicot\u00ednicos neuronales. Se analizo el efecto de esta proteina en la biog\u00e9nesis y transporte superficial del receptor. As\u00ed mismo, se determinaron los dominios prot\u00e9icos implicados en la modulaci\u00f3n de ambos par\u00e1metros. Los resultados indican un papel clave de la prote\u00edna ric- 3 en la actividad biol\u00f3gica del receptor nicot\u00ednico alfa 7.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
