La investigaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 dividida en dos partes, en la primera presentamos todos aquellos aspectos te\u00f3ricos y conceptuales que intervienen de una manera significativa en el objeto de la investigaci\u00f3n, centr\u00e1ndonos en tres conceptos fundamentales: evaluaci\u00f3n, calidad y universidad. La segunda parte est\u00e1 constituida por la investigaci\u00f3n propiamente dicha, se centra en el an\u00e1lisis de proceso de evaluaci\u00f3n institucional llevado a cabo en la universidad de huelva. Para ello hemos utilizado diversos instrumentos de corte tanto cuantitativos como cualitativos; un cuestionario, tres grupos de discusi\u00f3n y el an\u00e1lisis de los informes finales de evaluaci\u00f3n. Los resultados se subdividen en nueve apartados con el fin de estructurar la informaci\u00f3n, aunque todos y cada uno de ellos est\u00e1s interrelacionados: conocimiento, unidad t\u00e9cnica, informaci\u00f3n-formaci\u00f3n, objetivos, autoevaluaci\u00f3n, evaluaci\u00f3n externa, informa final, plan de mejora, resultados y valoraci\u00f3n global.
