Modos de activaci\u00f3n frecuentes son la interacci\u00f3n de cationes met\u00e1licos, la absorci\u00f3n de radiaci\u00f3n ionizante o ultravioleta, o la adsorci\u00f3n en superficies s\u00f3lidas. Este trabajo trata sobre la activaci\u00f3n de peque\u00f1as biomol\u00e9culas, en concreto amino\u00e1cidos y p\u00e9ptidos, por la interacci\u00f3n con cationes de cobre y aluminosilicatos. Hoy en d\u00eda se pueden generar sistemas metal-ligando en fase gas y estudiar su reactividad inducida por la interacci\u00f3n con cationes met\u00e1licos gracias a las t\u00e9cnicas de espectrometr\u00eda de masas. Esta tesis, pues, se centra en el contexto de la qu\u00edmica metaloi\u00f3nica en fase gas donde se combinan c\u00e1lculos te\u00f3ricos con experimentos de espectrometr\u00eda de masas. Adem\u00e1s, trata desde un punto de vista mecanocu\u00e1ntico la activaci\u00f3n de biomol\u00e9culas por la interacci\u00f3n con superficies minerales, en particular la formaci\u00f3n del enlace pept\u00eddico entre dos amino\u00e1cidos interaccionando con aluminosilicatos, dada su relevancia en el contexto de la qu\u00edmica prebi\u00f3tica.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de
