Se ha incorporado la perturbacion culombiana que provocan los centros atractivos a la luz de la teoria de cascada de fonones y se ha adoptado la emision multifonon como la responsable de la transicion al nivel fundamental ligado. Como resultado de la comparacion de la seccion eficaz de captura numerica y la experimental se han obtenido importantes consecuencias respecto a este par de mecanismos de captura y se han calculado valores para algunos de sus parametros caracteristicos.  respecto al trabajo experimental se ha propuesto una nueva tecnica combinada numerico-experimental de medida precisa y simultanea de las secciones eficaces de mayoritarios y la concentracion de centros profundos de uniones p-n, que evita las principales deficiencias de las tecnicas capacitivas tradicionales.
