La riqueza de la fenomenolog\u00eda se refleja en la gran cantidad de resonancias contenidas en los sectores mes\u00f3n-mes\u00f3n y mes\u00f3n-bari\u00f3n. Arrojar nueva luz sobre cuestiones espec\u00edficas en este campo es el objetivo de la presente tesis. la teor\u00eda quiral unitaria (uchpt) permite extender la teor\u00eda quiral de perturbaciones (chpt) a energ\u00edas m\u00e1s altas usando t\u00e9cnicas que satisfacen la unitaridad exacta en canales acoplados y encajan con los resultados de chpt a bajas energ\u00edas. Estudiamos la interacci\u00f3n pi\u00f3n-nucle\u00f3n en el umbral y cerca del mismo. En ese contexto la unitarizaci\u00f3n de la amplitude pi\u00f3n-nucle\u00f3n es interesante porque genera diagramas de colisi\u00f3n m\u00faltiple en los que la interacci\u00f3n isovector repetida, conduce a una contribuci\u00f3n isoscalar. La novedad de de este estudio es, pues, la consideraci\u00f3n de esos t\u00e9rminos de \u00f3rdenes m\u00e1s altos y sus repercusiones cerca del umbral. Para aislar este efecto hay que realizar un trabajo nada trivial en relaci\u00f3n con el problema de colisi\u00f3n de tres cuerpos en el deuterio pi\u00f3nico. En un ajuste global disponemos todos los datos a considerar y obtenemos una buena descripci\u00f3n del umbral hasta energ\u00edas intermedias.  con esa amplitude precisa a nuestra disposici\u00f3n, aplicamos el modelo en el contexto de la \u00abfalta de repulsi\u00f3n\u00bb. El modelo del vac\u00edo obtenido anteriormente sirve de input para el c\u00e1lculo del medio nuclear. En los estudios siguientes nos ocupamos con aplicaciones m\u00e1s genuinas de uchpt. Como consecuencia de la unitarizaci\u00f3n aparecen polos en el plano complejo de la energ\u00eda invariante de colisi\u00f3n. Queda claro que a energ\u00edas m\u00e1s altas, las resonancias desempenan un papel relevante. Para estudiar la estructura de sabor de los mecanismos gamma p &#8211;> pi pi n, se debe abordar el problema con amplitud de miras; en otras palabras, hay que tomar en consideraci\u00f3n la
