Esta inactivacion se explica por la hiperpolarizacion de los islotes pancreaticos inducida por la presencia de insulina exogena.  la hiperpolarizacion de los islotes pancreaticos inducida por la presencia de insulina exogena se debe a la disminucion del metabolismo de la glucosa en la celula beta debido posiblemente a una disminucion de la actividad del transportador de la glucosa en la
