Los resultados obtenidos nos permiten concluir que dicho metodo es idoneo para el analisis de muestras de alimentos y excretas.  la aplicacion practica de la tecnica se ha contrastado en un problema de indudable interes practico y nutricional como es el efecto antinutritivo provocado por la presencia de beta-glucanos de la cebada. Nuestros resultados confirman tal efecto al emplear dichas dietas en la alimentacion de pollos de carne, asi como el efecto beneficioso producido por la incorporacion de enzimas con accion
