Identificaci\u00f3n de la colecistoquinina (cck) como un factor de crecimiento autocrino para los tumores de ewing.  resumen:  los tumores de la familia ewing se caracterizan por la presencia de translocaciones entre el gen ews y algunos miembros de la familia de factores de transcripci\u00f3n ets, siendo fli1 el m\u00e1s abundante de ellos. Ews\/fli1 es un factor de transcripci\u00f3n aberrante con propiedades oncog\u00e9nicas y es esencial para el desarrollo de los tumores de ewing. En esta tesis hemos usado t\u00e9cnicas de an\u00e1lisis global de la expresi\u00f3n g\u00e9nica y de arn de interferencia para identificar genes regulados por ews\/fli1, mostrando que los genes cck y nr0b1 son espec\u00edficamente inducidos por ews\/fli1 en las c\u00e9lulas de ewing. Posteriormente, analizamos el papel fisiol\u00f3gico de cck en los tumores de ewing, demostrando que act\u00faa tanto in vivo como in vitro como un factor de crecimiento autocrino en las c\u00e9lulas de ewing. Las c\u00e9lulas de ewing expresan diferentes receptores de cck, aunque cck parece no activar a los receptores cl\u00e1sicos. Por otro lado, el devazepide, un antagonista espec\u00edfico del receptor cckar, induce apoptosis e inhibe el crecimiento de las c\u00e9lulas de ewing, probablemente por un mecanismo independiente de este receptor.
