Se discuten en profundidad las prestaciones de este algoritmo y se muestran los resultados obtenidos al aplicarlo en el an\u00e1lisis de la medida de la secci\u00f3n eficaz de producci\u00f3n de pares top-antitop en colisiones prot\u00f3n-antiprot\u00f3n a una energ\u00eda de centro de masas de 1.96 tev y con una muestra de datos de 318 pb inversos, donde se seleccionan sucesos con estados finales que contienen un lept\u00f3n aislado de alto momento transverso, alta energ\u00eda transversa perdida y, al menos, tres jets, uno de los cuales ha de ser etiquetado como jet b. Se ha estudiado la consistencia de los resultados obtenidos aplicando varios m\u00e9todos y se comprueba que la secci\u00f3n eficaz obtenida es consistente con otros resultados y tambi\u00e9n con la
